How to signup for a Beam account.
Navigate to the custom Beam link provided to you by your organization to get started with account setup. This process can be completed from a desktop or mobile device.
1. As a new user, you will select the button at the bottom of the screen to 'Sign-Up' and set up your account by creating your login credentials on the next screen.
2. Provide your First & Last name in the first field and check “Yes” if you are a student, alumni, or member of a partnered organization.
3. Next, enter the organization/college.
4. Lastly, enter your password according to the criteria required and confirm it in the last box. Click Get Started after you are finished.
5. The next step validates the account email address. Once you confirm that the email address shown here is correct, you will be sent a confirmation email.
6. You will need to click the link within that email to proceed. While that verification email should be directed to your Inbox, it is possible for it to land in your Spam/Junk folder, so please be sure to check each folder.
If you do not receive the verification email within five minutes, then you may log back into that account and initiate another email to be sent over to you. For any questions or trouble signing up, please contact your institution's support.
7. Once you click the verification link, you will be directed back to the login page. On the top of that page, you will be prompted with a notification confirming your new account.
You may now log into your new Beam account.
